These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of D&Z Labels Manufacturing's Website, located at dzlabels.com.

At D&Z Labels Manufacturing, we value transparency, professionalism, and great service. These Terms and Conditions outline how we work with our customers to deliver high-quality customized products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in customized and personalized printing, offering a wide range of items for both individual and corporate clients, including:

• Clothing labels (e.g., size tags, brand labels, washing instructions

• Hang tags, calling cards, and product tags

• Event printing, such as:

• Wedding, birthday, and other invitations

• Place cards, menus, signages, and other event-related materials

• Customized ribbons (satin, grosgrain, etc.)

• Personalized giveaways (e.g., fans, tote bags, water bottles)

• Boxes and custom packaging needs

• Other printed materials (e.g., cintra boards, tarpaulins)

2. Ordering Process

a. Order Submission

Once we receive your completed order form, we’ll create a Facebook Messenger group chat with you and our production team for faster coordination and approvals. If you prefer another communication channel (e.g., Viber, email), just let us know.

b. Mockups & Test Prints

We will send digital mockups and, where applicable, photos of actual test prints within two (2) business days for your review and approval.

If you would like to receive the actual physical test print, we can ship it to you. Shipping, packaging, and handling fees will apply.

Some products are mockup-only and do not undergo physical test printing. These include (but are not limited to):

• Grosgrain ribbons

• Cintra boards

• Event signages and tarpaulins

• Personalized giveaways (e.g., tote bags, fans, bottles)

If a physical sample/mockup is requested for these products, it can be arranged but will be charged at full item cost. For grosgrain ribbons, this means purchasing one full roll, based on the selected size and ink color.

c. Down Payment

A 50% down payment is required upon approval of the mockup or test print to proceed with full production.

4. Production Timeline

• Satin ribbons: 2–3 business days from test print approval

• Grosgrain ribbons: 3–5 business days from mockup approval

• Other items: Lead time will be agreed upon depending on order type and quantity

Please note that peak seasons (e.g., holidays, wedding season, year-end) may affect these timelines. However, we will always strive to adhere to our standard turnaround and will inform you accordingly upon receipt of your order.

Rush orders may be accommodated with a 25% priority service fee, subject to production availability.

d. Full Payment & Dispatch

We will notify you when your order is ready. Full payment must be settled before the release or dispatch of your items.

e. Shipping & Pick-Up

Customers are responsible for organizing and shouldering all shipping arrangements and fees. Our pickup location is in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

If you request our assistance in booking a courier:

• We will use the courier of your choice, and you will be the one to settle the delivery charges directly.

• D&Z Labels will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses once the item has been picked up by the courier.

• We will only cover or arrange shipping if previously agreed in writing, and the cost will be reflected in your final invoice. This arrangement is by exception only and subject to D&Z’s approval.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may only be made before production starts. Once production begins:

• The 50% down payment becomes non-refundable

• No further changes to design, details, or quantity can be accommodated

If you cancel or request design changes after production has started, you will be required to pay the full cost of any item(s) already in progress.

For example, if ribbon printing has begun, you will need to cover the cost of one full roll based on the selected ribbon type and ink color.

4. Returns, Issues & Delivery Concerns

All items are thoroughly inspected and must pass our internal quality assurance process before release or dispatch.

If an item is damaged during shipping handled by a third-party courier, D&Z Labels is not liable. Customers must file claims or disputes directly with the courier.

However, if D&Z handles the delivery, and the item arrives damaged, we will be happy to either replace or refund the affected product, subject to agreement between both parties.

If there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, wrong design, or wrong details sent), D&Z Labels will take full responsibility.

We will handle the return, correction, and resending of the correct item at no cost to you. Corrections of this nature will be treated as a priority.

5. Marketing & Media Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, D&Z Labels Manufacturing reserves the right to use photos or videos of finished products for our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media content.

If you wish to opt out of this, kindly inform us in writing. Your request will be honored once acknowledged and mutually agreed upon.

6. Receipts & Tax Compliance

We issue BIR-registered official receipts upon request. All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Any necessary taxes will be applied in accordance with current Philippine tax laws.

7. Respectful Conduct

We aim to maintain a professional and respectful relationship with all our customers.

Any form of abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team may result in the immediate cancellation of your order and refusal of future transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, mockups, and printed materials created by D&Z Labels Manufacturing remain our intellectual property, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
